We offer competitive market rates and flexible payment plans.
Pricing is based upon:
• Usage (Duration, Frequency, Prevalence, Size, Exclusivity)
• Production complexity (Consultation, Location Scouting, Model Casting, Travel, Set construction, etc.)
• Expenses (Assistants, Stylist fees, Shipping, Props, Permit fees, Insurance, Studio and location fees, etc.)
• Sales and Use Tax (imposed by municipal, county and state governments applied to fees, expenses, or both.)
Service Terms
Before utilizing any LVI Studios service, you must read and understand the terms of service.
• There is a 50% NON- refundable deposit to hold any shoot date(s). Shoot date and/or time will not be held without the deposit. You can pay this by secure on-line payment, check or money order. Once your deposit is made your date and time will then be locked in and cannot be booked over by any other client. This means you may not cancel or move this date or time.
• Do not fill out the booking form until you are ready to pay your deposit to hold your date. If you have any questions or concerns prior to booking, please contact info@LVIStudios.com
• Please review the calendar to make sure the date you would like to schedule is available.
• Prices listed are for sessions within the Los Angeles, CA metro area. Please contact for travel session prices.
• Each session price is for one person in images only. For extra subjects, please add $75 per person, per set.
• Your Final Payment will be due upon Photographers Arrival in Cash Only. Photographer(s) are not able to proceed without Final Payment. No Checks. If you would like to make Final Payment by Credit Card (3% service fee). This must be done 3 days in advance. Please contact us at: info@LVIStudios.com to arrange your final payment.
• For fashion and headshot sessions, you must be 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.
• For packages in which the location is not included, we will need you to send us the location that you have booked for your photo shoot ASAP. Please be sure that your location is a suitable size and quality for the number and style photos that you will be taking. For packages in which the location is included, you will be contacted with information 2 days prior to your shoot.
• No shows will forfeit their deposit.
• LVI Studios retains all copyrights to any images shot by LVI Studios. You may not sell, copy or reproduce any images without permission or unless we have conducted a commercial shoot.
• All sales are final due to the custom nature of this service.
• For sessions that do NOT include the location in the package, LVI Studios will need at least one (1) Hour leeway time for Arrival depending that days schedule. If you book at 1:00PM, the photographer may not get to your location until 1:35PM. This can be caused by a number of reasons. Sometimes photo shoots run over the time expected. LVI Studios will remain in contact if this should occur.
• For packages that do not include make up, it is also recommended that you book one of our make up artist referrals as great make up is always a good idea
